The open procedure is aimed at the conclusion of framework agreements, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 6, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for the award, without reopening the competitive comparison, of professional services relating to the design, safety management in particular of Safety Coordination for the Design and Execution of the works, as well as of the Representative of the Client Employer and the Works Management relating to network works in the context of the resolution of interferences with motorway works.

Framework agreement with n. 2 (two) economic operators, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 6, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for the award, without reopening the competitive comparison, of the following engineering services for professional services relating to network works in the context of the resolution of interferences with motorway works, to be carried out mainly in the area of the Metropolitan City of Bologna (in any case this indication is not limiting in the case of specific needs related to the interventions):

(a) design;

(b) safety and health coordination during the design of the project (CSP);

(c) safety and health coordination during the execution of the project (CSE);

d) appointment as representative of the client employer (RDLC);

e) Works Management.

The Customer may request, in cases where the same deems it necessary, that the design of the network works (or parts of them), be developed with BIM methodology, in accordance with the standards defined by the Customer itself in the Technical Specifications.

It should be noted that the identification of the categories of works covered by this procedure and the calculation of the basic tender amount has been defined in accordance with the provisions of Ministerial Decree 17/06/2016 and is explained in the document "DP00RH1101_0 - AQ prest. prof. prog. Op. Interference - Comp. tec-eco", of which the following summary table is given:

Hydraulic category - Works ID. (D.M. 17/06/2016): D.05 - Type of service: Main - Amount of works: Euro 11.000.000,00;

Category Structures - ID. Works (D.M. 17/06/2016): S.03 - Type of service: Secondary - Amount of works: Euro 2.400.000,00

Total amount of works: Euro 13.400.000,00

It should also be noted that the main service relating to the "Hydraulic" Category, ID. Works D.05 referred to in Ministerial Decree 17/06/2016 is to be considered similar to the class / category "VIII" referred to in Law no. 143/49.
