The purpose of this tender is to select three (3) Framework Contractors to supply hardware that is in direct contact with the user (Front-end hardware). Contracts under the framework agreement to be concluded are awarded to one of the contractors ((contractants) by means of mini-competitions. Assignments under € 15.000,- excl. VAT can be awarded directly to one of the contractors.

The scope of this tender includes:

Delivery of:

• Laptops

• Desktop computers

• Tablets

• Mobile devices, including phones (small quantities; for large numbers Dunea expects to organize a separate tender)

• Internal and external components (memory, HD, battery, storage, etc.)

• Accessories (cables, mouse, bag, etc.)

• Office furnishings:

Monitor

Docking station

Keyboard, mouse

Headsets

Etc.

Services:

• Support

• Configuration / Installation

• Certified disposal of products that have been replaced
