The Executive Board and Human Resources need support in the following measures:
• Support in the analysis of personnel development needs
• Support and development of concepts for personnel development measures, including:
- Potentialentwicklungsprogramm
- Mentoring program
- Talent management: Development of attractive concepts including implementation for employees with potential and specialists in order to promote them in a special way, without a leadership role, etc.
• Advice on the identification and use as well as support of personnel development instruments, including:
- Support of team developments: Conception, implementation and support of teams with special challenges and topics
- Coaching of executives at all levels
- Leadership development for team, department and division leaders
- Women in leadership
- new and young executives
- Managementkonferenz etc.
• Accompaniment and support of organizational preparation
• Support in the transfer and evaluation of personnel development measures
• Support of the measures in strategic, operational and content-related terms with a strong personnel development-specific perspective
• Moderation of personnel development measures
• Sparring of HR managers on strategic and technical issues against the background of personnel development-specific expertise and, if necessary, expertise in the municipal environment
• Advising on projects in the context of the further development of degewo with a focus on human resources, including:
- Advice on optimisation and adaptations in the modern working world
- Advice (and sparring) on topics of modern leadership, new work and employee retention in times of many retirements linked to the topic of a shortage of skilled workers, etc.
• Development of communication concepts and documentation (scripts, protocols, etc.)
