This framework agreement concerns the performance of services relating to the hygiene and cleanliness of the premises, glazing and external surroundings of the following sites:
• Head office of Le Voyage à Nantes, site called "Crucy", located at 1-3 rue Crucy, 44000 Nantes;
• Station Prouvé, Mail des Chantiers, 44200 Nantes;
• Le Voyage administrative office in Nantes, known as "Union", located at 1 rue de l'Union 44000 Nantes;
• Infos Tourisme de Nantes Métropole (former tourist office of Nantes Métropole), site called "States", located at 9 rue des Etats, 44000 Nantes
• Entrepôt Nantes Tourisme, site called "Laënnec", located at 5 rue Laënnec, 44000 Nantes

This framework agreement includes a clause for the professional integration of people who are far from employment.
Also, for clarification, the SPL Le Voyage à Nantes has broken down the cleaning and hygiene services into 4 separate framework agreements:
Lot 1: Castle of the Dukes of Brittany and its ancillary premises
Lot 2: Machines of the Island
Lot 3 : Nefs
Lot 4: Head office (rue Crucy), Station Prouvé (mail des Chantiers), Laënnec warehouse (rue Laënnec), tourist office (rue des Etats) and administrative offices (rue de l'Union).
This notice concerns the services of lot n°4 only.
Lots 1 to 3 were put out to competition through separate procedures.
