The objective of the framework contracts is to provide surveys on consumer-related issues targeting consumers and retailers/providers of goods and services. The call consists of the following 3 lots: survey on consumers, survey on retailers and market monitoring survey. The survey on consumers will look at consumers' attitudes towards cross-border trade and consumer-related issues. The survey on retailers will look at retailers'/providers of services' attitudes towards cross-border trade and consumer-related issues. The market monitoring survey will assess consumer experiences, opinions and perceived conditions in relation to the most important consumer markets. The surveys foreseen in the 3 lots defined above should in principle be conducted in all the EU Member States, as well as in Iceland and Norway.
