Direktoratet for byggkvalitet (DiBK) (the Directorate for Building Quality) wants to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier of event services who can assist in planning and implementation of conferences, subject days and larger webinars.
The tenderer must be able to contribute with professional advice and competence, handle agreements with sub-contractors, including financial management and invoicing. The delivery also includes handling of registrations and invoicing of conference participants.
The Directorate for Building Quality will contribute to the efficient, safe environmentally friendly and accessible residences and buildings being built, and that construction requirements are followed. We are working to simplify the regulations, digitise the building application process and disseminate knowledge aimed at the construction industry, the municipalities and private persons. We have around 90 employees at the main office in Oslo as well as an end-user department at Gjøvik.
So that the knowledge about the regulation work can be disseminated and discussed, we are dependent on creating good arenas where professionals can meet. The arenas can be both physical and digital, or a combination of these. The framework agreement we now want to enter into includes planning and implementation of conferences, subject days and large webinars. The delivery also includes handling of registrations and invoicing of conference participants.
The event agency we enter into a framework agreement with must be able to contribute with the following:
— participate in the planning and events and conference that will be held physically, digitally or as a combination;
— be responsible for progress plan and project management. Ensure good documentation in all phases;
— be responsible for coordination of progress and implementation with sub-contractors;
— collect offers and handle contracts with compère, presenters, speakers or the like in cooperation with DiBK. Safeguard coordination with compère/meeting chair for direction, dramaturgy etc.;
— assist with the choice of catering/dinner and implementation of this;
— multiple camera production of conferences. TV production of conferences;
— develop and produce graphics, suprings, posters, vignettes and graphic material;
— offer digital platforms for submission of questions from the public;
— contribute to stage training and preparation of speakers;
— offer registration solution and invoice participant fee.
