The purpose of this consultation is to select a service provider for the realization of a TEPIK web application. We are looking for a service provider to: - complete the development of the question generator. It may eventually be completely redeveloped if the one that has been created cannot be reused. - Fully develop the 4 TEPIK feature bricks, with the corresponding user/client databases
