This consultation is organised with a view to the award of the contracting contract for the rehabilitation of Le Rabelais gymnasium. Since the building has not undergone any major renovation since its construction, the municipality wishes to carry out a large-scale operation aimed at:

— improve thermal comfort,

— improve energy performance,

— optimize its use the rehabilitation project will meet these different objectives, with on the one hand the renovation of the existing one hand and on the other hand the creation of an extension in order to integrate in the same place other uses (gymnastics, fighting sports, weightlifting, bodybuilding).

The aim is to bring this equipment to the standards to meet the needs of different categories of users (schools, associations) and sports practices (competition or leisure). The programme and all annexes define the characteristics of the operation.
