Provision of the preventive, corrective and technical / legal maintenance service of the lifting devices, platforms and automatic doors installed in the residential centers listed in Annex I of the Particular Administrative Clauses.

- Preventive maintenance: includes scheduled actions on the facilities, equipment and systems that are the object of this contract and its components, including cleaning activities, measurements, checks, regulations, checks, adjustments, adjustments, adjustments, etc.,
