Procurement of an IT procedure that meets the requirements for the street lighting and traffic control technology cadastre (BeVIS) and road condition management system (ZuSy)
The object of the order includes:
1.) The delivery of standard software (permanent transfer against one-time remuneration / purchase) in the form of a city license. The city license is available to an unlimited number of users within the city administration of Munich. It includes the licenses for all necessary components and license types (full, enquiry and mobile) of your product(s) for street lighting and traffic control cadastre and road condition management.
Note: ESRI ArcGIS licenses and AutoDesk AutoCAD licenses are available at LHM. These are not to be offered by the contractor.
2.) any necessary adaptations to the requirements of the LHM in accordance with the requirements described, including the interfaces
3.) bringing about the operational readiness of the system, in particular:
a. the installation and configuration of the software in the LHM infrastructure on all required environments
b. integration into the existing system landscape of LHM, server-side in the infrastructure of it@M and client-side in the infrastructure of the building department
c. Initial filling of the system with data (e.g. user administration data)
d. the commissioning of the interfaces as described in the interface description (internal and external)
e. Implementation of the developer tests for any necessary further developments, support of the integration and system tests including error correction, support of the acceptance tests (see Appendix Testkonzept_VIS for details)
f. Performance and load tests
g. Support of the introduction (early life support)
4.) Execution of data migrations
This activity mainly includes:
a. Creation of a migration concept
b. Automated migration of data
c. Test and quality assurance of the data migration carried out
5.) Documentation
The Contractor shall provide the Client with the following documents: operating manual, administrator manual and user manual.
6.) Conception, preparation of training documents and implementation of training courses
7.) Service and maintenance
The services and maintenance for the IT specialist procedure, which shall be remunerated separately by the Contractor, shall commence on the day after the expert component BeVIS including real data migration BeVIS goes live after approval by the Customer. The services and maintenance run for four years with the possibility of an optional extension for a further four years. The renewal option may or may not be used. Service and maintenance include all licensed system components, including those described in the interface description.
Note: Remote maintenance is excluded by LHM.
8.) Support services for further development and project management until the complete acceptance of the system, in particular coordination of the cooperation with the overall project management of LHM
Support services for the contract period after acceptance (demand item without entitlement to acceptance): Optimizations and extensions of business processes and requirements in the system.
The other support services are to be offered for the entire term of the contract, including optional extension.
