Package 10 – Dryer1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a dryer.
2. The subject of the contract should be implemented on the basis of the assumptions set out in the Technical Specification constituting Annex 3.10 to the SWZ.
Package No. 11 – Prosthetic cans and frames1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of prosthetic cans and frames.
2. The subject of the contract should be implemented on the basis of the assumptions set out in the Assortment and Price Specification constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and in the Technical Specification constituting Annex 3.11 to the SWZ.
Package No. 12 – Prosthetic accessories1. The subject of the order is the delivery of prosthetic accessories.
2. The subject of the contract should be implemented on the basis of the assumptions set out in the Assortment and Price Specification constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and in the Technical Specification constituting Annex 3.12 to the SWZ.
Package No. 13 – Classic coloring book1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a classic color shop.
2. The subject of the contract should be implemented on the basis of the assumptions set out in the Technical Specification constituting Annex 3.13 to the SWZ.
Package No. 14 – Clarifier for plaster1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a clarifier for gypsum.
2. The subject of the contract should be implemented on the basis of the assumptions set out in the Technical Specification constituting Annex 3.14 to the SWZ.
Package No. 15 – Prosthetic micromotor1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a prosthetic micromotor.
2. The subject of the contract should be implemented on the basis of the assumptions set out in the Technical Specification constituting Annex 3.15 to the SWZ.
Package No. 16 – Porcelain stove1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a porcelain stove.
2. The subject of the contract should be implemented on the basis of the assumptions set out in the Technical Specification constituting Annex 3.16 to the SWZ.

2. The subject of the contract should be implemented on the basis of the assumptions set out in the Technical Specification constituting Annex 3.3 to the SWZ.
Package No. 4 – Prosthetic burner with gas connection to the table1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a prosthetic burner with a gas connection to the table.
