The scope of investment titled "Construction of Nowa Przemysłowa on the section from the" Trzepowo "junction in Płock to the intersection with the poviat road 5205W together with the development of investment areas in the" Trzepowo "housing estate in Płock, includes:

- construction of Nowa Przemysłowa on the section from the "Trzepowo" junction of the north-west beltway of the city of Płock to poviat road No. 5205W - stage I,

- construction of a communication system with the necessary infrastructure for the investment zone of the city of Płock at the "Trzepowo" housing estate - stage II.

Continuation of section II.1.1 together with the development of investment areas in the "Trzepowo" housing estate in Płock.

The scope of investment titled "Construction of Nowa Przemysłowa on the section from the" Trzepowo "junction in Płock to the intersection with the poviat road 5205W together with the development of investment areas in the" Trzepowo "housing estate in Płock, includes:

1. construction of Nowa Przemysłowa on the section from the "Trzepowo" junction of the north-west beltway of the city of Płock to poviat road No. 5205W,

2. construction of a communication system together with the necessary infrastructure for the investment zone of the city of Płock at the "Trzepowo" housing estate.

The Employer provides for the possibility of awarding the existing Contractor of construction works contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1883), constituting not more than 10% of the basic order.

Specification of the subject, size or scope on which the contracts will be awarded, referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law, covers the scope of design or execution of construction works consisting in the repetition of the scope specified for the subject of the contract, e.g. reconstruction of a longer section of road than provided for in the order, execution of an additional section of the pavement and bicycle path, implementation of additional lighting, reconstruction of existing networks in a larger scope, additional execution: signage, storm water drainage, hydrotechnical works, ditch reinforcements, road culverts, road safety elements, greenery, outside the scope of the basic order.

Conditions for the award of contracts referred to in Article 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL, will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, specified for the implementation of the basic contract.
