Collection and partial management of municipal waste in the Darłowo Commune in 2019.
1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport of mixed municipal waste, collection, transport and management of separately collected municipal waste from residential, uninhabited, 'mixed' real estate and summer houses or other real estate used for recreational purposes for own use in the commune of Darłowo in 2019 . Municipal waste selectively collected from the above-mentioned the Contractor transfers the property on his own to the regional installation in Sianów or Gwiazdów, or in the cases referred to in art. 38 section 2 point 2 of the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 992, as amended), for installations intended for substitute service of this region. Municipal waste management from the above real estate from the commune of Darłowo should be carried out in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended), and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan adopted by resolution on December 27, 2016. Resolution No. XVIII / 321/16 of the West Pomeranian Regional Assembly regarding updating Waste Management Plan for the West Pomeranian Voivodship for 2016-2022 including the perspective for 2023-2028 with the attachment "Investment Plan".
2. Property owners shall receive, free of charge, sacks for segregated waste and containers for unsorted waste from the Contractor. Municipal waste will be collected from waste containers and bags, to which the property owner is obliged to provide easy access for the Contractor, and then transported to the nearest regional waste management installation (in Sianów or Gwiazdów).
3. The forecast mass of municipal waste to be collected from the day of concluding the contract until 31/12/2019 from the real estate will be about 3,000 Mg, of which approximately 20% will be selectively collected waste.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 3 to the ToR.
5. Pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority requires employment by the contractor or subcontractor during the performance of the contract under the employment contract, all persons who will perform the following activities during the contract: performance of works falling within the scope of the contract indicated in the description of the subject of the contract.
