The Siilinjärven Kotipolku Oy, Vuorelantie 9 and 11 KVR contract is a new construction project comprising two five-storey non-subsidised rental apartment buildings to be implemented in Vuorela, Southern Siilinjärvi. The contract format is a fixed-price kvr contract.

The Siilinjärven Kotipolku Oy, Vuorelantie 9 and 11 KVR contract is a new construction project comprising two five-storey apartment buildings to be implemented in Vuorela, Southern Siilinjärvi.

The project will be implemented as a non-subsidised project and it will be used entirely for rental purposes.

The contract form is a fixed-price kvr contract, in which design and construction are included in the contract. The KVR contractor acts as the main implementer of the project.

As a rule, the aim is to use the building rights of the plots in their entirety, and 60 apartments will be preliminarily implemented in accordance with the housing distribution presented by the client.

Car parking will be implemented in a separate LPA area.

Indicative implementation schedule :

- Procurement contract May 2023

- Building permit and start of work August 2023

- Completion October-November 2024
