The assignment includes cleaning GIEK's premises in Støperigata 1, Oslo. There is a total area of approx. 3 000 m2 that must be cleaned regularly.

Cleaners must be able to communicate in Scandinavian and/or English. The daily cleaning service must be provided in the time period between 7.00 and 10.00. The periodical cleaning must be provided in the time period between 7.00 and 15.45.

The contract period is 1 year. The contracting authority has an exclusive option for extending the period for further 1 + 1 + 1 year. This means that the maximum contract period is for up to 4 years.
