Market for the operation and maintenance of the Neuville-sur-Oise wastewater treatment plant.

The tasks of this contract mainly include:

— the management of the purifying process;

— the management and evacuation of sludge resulting from treatment;

— the operation of the cogeneration unit;

— the management of pre-treatment by-products generated by the station (refusal of fine and coarse clearing, sand, grease) to defined and compliant channels;

— wealth management, including:

—— the maintenance of all the goods entrusted to the claimant;

—— maintenance of levels 1 to 5 of the equipment, including preventive renewal and curative renewal that would be necessary following breakage or premature wear;

—— maintenance of levels 1 to 5 of civil engineering works, buildings, roads and various networks;

—— maintenance of green spaces;

—— custody and monitoring of facilities;

— the preparation of technical and financial documents relating to the exploitation and management of assets;

—— self-monitoring in accordance with the regulations.
