In the area of responsibility of the Landhagen office, the new construction of a primary school with gymnasium on the office's own property has been carried out or is still under construction in the property of the primary school "Lütte Nordlichter", 17498 Dersekow. The subject of this tender is the award of maintenance and basic cleaning services as well as glass cleaning services exclusively in the school building, including sanitary facilities of the Dersekow primary school.

The awarding of cleaning services is carried out in accordance with the VgV via an open procedure. In the new Dersekow primary school, the daily maintenance cleaning has to be carried out. Glass cleaning must be done 2 times a year and basic cleaning 1 time a year.
