The objective is to proceed:-the replacement of the old generation PLCs by more efficient equipment on the Beaurainville and Marconnelle wastewater treatment plants in order to optimize their operations and reduce energy costs-to integrate the supervision of the 3 plants of Beaurainville, Marconnelle and Auchy les Hesdin.This contract follows a prior consultation published in BOAMP on April 27, 2023 under number 23-58077, procedure that was declared unsuccessful, tenders received qualified as irregular for the following reason: all three above the maximum threshold of adapted procedure (215,000.00 euro (s) Ht) which was the subject of the notice to BOAMP.
