The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) covering works in the field of breeding and protection
forest, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and seed and selection, tourist forest management, side use and education, to be carried out in the Forest District
Suchedniów in 2023. Planned date of commencement and completion of the contract: 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2023
Package XI – forestry: Wilczy BórThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood as well as seed and selection, tourist forest management, side use and education, to be performed in the Suchedniów Forest District in 2023. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract
Package XII – Specialist Package entitled Fire ProtectionThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of fire protection to be performed in the Suchedniów Forest District in 2023. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract
