The purpose of the consultation is to provide medical devices for the manual preparation of mixing platelet concentrates (labile blood products) eight leuco-platelet layers and associated benefits. The procurement resulting from the consultation constitutes a framework agreement executed by the issuance of purchase orders pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1-1º and R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It is mono-attributable and is concluded with a minimum and maximum contractual commitment expressed in quantity. In order to ensure the continuity of the public transfusion service and the security of supply, the EFS will distribute the orders of the establishments among the different batches relating to the same device as follows:

— batch 1, 60% of orders, min. 8,000 quantities and max. 24,000 DMU annual quantities;

— batch 2, 40% of orders, min. 3000 quantities and max. 17,000 DMU annual quantities.
