This contract is a mandate, with a view to ensuring part of the exercise of public project management in the name and on behalf of the Crous de Lyon for the rehabilitation of buildings E and F of the Allix residence in Lyon 5 e . This mission is exclusive of any other mission on the same operation. The overall financial envelope covered by the operation is set at: EUR 6,400,000 including tax including the candidate's fees.

The contract will be broken down into five technical parts within the meaning of article 20 of the CCAG-PI:

- technical part 1: setting up the operation and preparing the choice of the MOE and other intellectual service providers,

- technical part 2: monitoring of contract execution for the preparation of pre-projects and projects,

- technical part 3: preparation of the choice of companies,

- technical part 4: follow-up of the execution of the contracts for the realization of the work until the reception,

- technical part 5: assistance during the guarantee period of perfect completion.
