In accordance with Decree No. 2011-1474 of 8 November 2011, the City of Blagnac has decided to launch a call for competition for the implementation of a participation agreement for the complementary social protection of the territorial staff of the City and the Ccas of Blagnac in terms of providence. The purpose of the contract is to subscribe to a participation agreement for the supplementary pension coverage of the 1100 agents: full staff, trainees or contract workers under public or private law who would be interested in joining. This agreement must meet the principles of solidarity set by Decree No. 2011-1474 of 08/11/2011the agreement is subscribed in the form of an open group contract with optional membership. No minimum number of memberships is guaranteed
