On behalf of a procurement cooperation, Kristiansand kommune requests tenders for the delivery of office and computer supplies, free school materials, envelopes etc.

The envelopes without logo shall be delivered to all participating municipalities.

Toner for the network printers is included in the framework agreement for the delivery of multi-function printers as part of the service agreement. All other types of toner are included in the agreement.

The copy paper on line 166-172 in Appendix 4A is special paper for Kristiansand kommune’s printing office. If this cannot be offered by all the tenderers who submit tender offers, it will be removed from the price evaluation. The printing office will be closed down 31.12.2018.

The tenderer must as a minimum be able to offer the requested products listed in the enclosed price sheet, as well as accompanying products for product groups included in the procurement.
