The total project includes:

 Demolition of the current interior design down to the skeleton construction

 Energetic renovation with the aim of realizing a passive building

 Thorough architectural renovation of the interior design in function of the innovative pedagogical project of the school

 Renovation of the surrounding area (part of the assignment)
