The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with a provider of publishing services.

The contract will apply for a 2-year period from the signing of the contract. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for up to two years (1+1 year).

Option to extend automatically for 1 year unless the tenderer receives a written termination by the contract conclusion date. The contract can have a maximum duration of 4 years.
