Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy will put out to tender a service provider that will carry out the equipment delivery, equipment installation service, equipment configuration, troubleshooting and repairs of the installation environment in connection with the NRV2020 Jokeri (tram fleet) operating environment. The procurement includes installations on a maximum of 29 trams according to the Client's needs.
The object of procurement consists of three (3) areas:
1. Equipment deliveries and installation service
This area includes equipment deliveries and services (installation and configuration) of passenger counting equipment for trams. Device configurations may include changes in the configuration of IT and telecommunications equipment related to the content of the procurement, e.g. configuration instructions and files.
2. Vianselvitys
This area includes troubleshooting passenger counting equipment installed on trams, repairs to the installation environment, and equipment replacement and repair services. Troubleshooting may include, for example, cabling checks, possible on-site repairs to the installation environment (cabling, connections, etc.) or equipment configurations, or reporting equipment faults to the transport operator or other designated location. Repairs to the installation environment may include, for example: other repairs to the power supply or passenger counting, cabling or installation environment.
3. Matkustajalaskenta
This area includes enabling the calculation service in relation to Lot 1.

If desired, the tenderer may familiarise himself with the trams and the local conditions affecting the provision of the service before submitting a tender. The inspection will be arranged at a location selected by the Customer. The inspection is possible during the offer period. Inspection days: 29.5 and 30.5, 12-13. Information on the object of the review can be obtained from the contact person.
