The framework agreement must meet the contracting authority's requirement for consumables for the product area medical consumables.

The contracting authorities for this contest are Elverum, Løten, Stange, Hamar and Ringsaker Municipalities. Further information is given in Annex 7: ‘Oppdragsgivere omfattet av denne konkurransen’ (‘Contracting authorities included in this tender contest’). The competition is being held by Ringsaker Municipality on behalf of other contracting authorities.

Each contracting authority shall sign an individual contract with the provider(s) and is responsible for own compliance of the contract.

The follow up of the agreement on a paramount level, including conversations with the providers, for all contracting authorities shall be carried out by the authority responsible for the contract. Responsible for the contract is Ringsaker Municipality.

The contract is valid from 15 January 2020 until and including 14 January 2022. The contracting authority has the option for 1 + 1 year extension. This means that the total framework agreement period is up to 4 years.
