Procurement of CAFM software for the city of Weinheim

The tender will be for the provision, establishment and implementation of a Computer Aided Facility Management System (CAFM system) with firmly defined service components for the management of the property portfolio of different building usage types. The scope of services also includes the adaptation of the system to the requirements as well as the start of operation in the so-called "start-up phase". In addition, support services for the CAFM system are to be provided as part of a hotline as well as regular updates.
