The provision of services consisting in year-round maintenance of cleanliness and order of the areas of Warsaw

administered by Wilanów District including:

- emptying street baskets,

- replenishment of bags in dog stations

- collection of waste (liquidation of wild dumps),

- cleaning of low green areas,

- maintaining cleanliness on green areas,

- maintenance of squares: parking at St. Kostki Potockiego Street and fountains (Hlonda, Royal Axis),

- intervention cleaning, from areas within the Wilanów District Board, corpses of fallen animals,

- mowing weed,

- substitution of containers,

- call of persons during field events organized by the Wilanów District Office.

A detailed description of the object of the order is annexed to the SWZ.

The subject of this procedure is to maintain the cleanliness and order of the land in the years 2022-2024 -

draining baskets and waste collection

Obligations of the contractor

1) Maintaining cleanliness and order at St. K. Potockiego Street along with parking and collegiate parking for seven

days a week, in particular (green areas: 6 847 m2, walkways: 6 100 m2, parking: 3 650 m2, street 850

m2 of Parisian cube and 1 950 m2 cobbles): sweeping walkways, parking and street, cleaning and exporting

accumulated waste, including cleaning of green spaces and damaging sewage trays,

mechanical removal of vegetation from paved pavements, monitoring of waste in baskets and their

emptying.

2) Maintaining cleanliness and order at fountains (0.25 ha): at Oś Królewska Street (3 objects) and Hlonda Street

(seven days a week) consisting in sweeping, cleaning and exporting accumulated pollutants,

monitoring the amount of waste in the baskets, in case of their overflow emptying,

3) Empty street baskets until 12:00 (522 pcs. — 2022 r., 532 pcs. — 2023). Damage to baskets

should be submitted to the Ordering Party.

4) Replenishment of bags in dog stations located in jez waterfront area. Powsinkovsky, catwalk

for dogs at Jabłonowskiego Street, the flower meadow at Wilanowska al. (near the junction of Lentza x Resorowa).

Biodegradable bags.

5) Washing street baskets from which waste is received (once a year).

6) Conducting cleaning work consisting in collecting, manual or mechanical loading and

exportation of municipal, bulk waste and transport to landfill*; collection, disengaging

debris and land contaminated with construction waste, including loading and transporting to landfill*,

liquidation of wild dumps (municipal, bulky waste, debris, tires, etc.) *, setting

container with a capacity of 7m3 in the place indicated by the Ordering Party, during the events organized

by the Wilanów District Office.

* the quantity of waste exported will be estimated and controlled by the representative of the Faculty

Environmental protection for the Wilanów district of Warsaw and the Contractor.

7) Interventive cleaning of the corpse of fallen animals together with exports to the disposal site. In the case

a dead dog or cat, the Contractor is obliged to read the number of the chip and pass it to the Ordering Party,

how much the animal was labeled.

8) Maintaining cleanliness and order on the premises (total 10.45 ha): the waterfront of Lake Powsinkowski

(1.36 ha), green space along Klimczak and Hlonda streets (including sweeping terraces) (1.16 ha), fountains

at Hlonda Street and Royal Axis (3 objects) (0,35 hectares), parking at St. Kostki Potockiego Street, Skweru

Prymasowski and St. Kostki Potockiego Street until the Poster Museum in Wilanów (1.03 ha), cemeteries

insurgent mogila at Rzodkiewki Street and Evangelicko-Augsburg cemetery (0.31 ha), water shots

Oligoceńska at Lentza Street and Queen Marysieńka Street (0.04 hectares), municipal buildings (Resorowa 16, Radosna

11, Drilling 147, Przyczółkowa 27 and 58) (0.81 ha), playgrounds (Jabłonowski, Lentza, Gubinowska,

Worobczuka, Bruzdowa, Olęderska, Gronowa, Hlonda, Wilanowska al. including streetworkout, on the waterfront

jez. Powsinkowski) (0.97 hectares), Royal Axis (1.47 ha), Greens' at Czekoladowa Street (0.05 ha) and

at Ulubione Street (0.66 hectares), a linear park at Jabłonowskiego Street (0.05 ha) and a dog catwalk at

Jabłonowskiego Street, including: the construction of the entire area of the site using broomłograbi, export and

Disposal of impurities, selected contaminated gravel fraction 8-16 mm layer ca 6 cm, uniform

spreading gravel with a layer ca 6 cm, purchase gravel fraction 8-16 mm, landscaped plots (total 2.19 ha)

9) Cleaning of low green areas (whole 24.19 ha).

10) The call of persons during events organized by the Ordering Party (e.g. Wilanow Days). On call - 8 hours.

11) The mowing of weeds together with the removal of size impurities and self-seeding.
