As part of the upgrade and expansion of the existing primary school, Nygård School, Søgne kommune [Søgne municipality] will establish a barracks for temporary premises for the school administration.

The procurement includes engineering design and delivery of a complete barracks for temporary premises for the school administration. The project will be implemented as a turnkey contract. All executing and engineering design disciplines must be covered by the tenderer.

A contract will be signed with a turnkey contractor for the implementation of the project. The contract will be implemented and regulated according to NS8407:2011, refer Part II Annex 1 Dok 0 — NS 8407 Turnkey contract with supporting documents.
