The website vlaio.be was developed in the second half of 2017 in Drupal 8. At the moment, some adjustments are required and the site must be expanded with a number of tools to be developed. We are looking for a partner to realize this and also take over the maintenance and hosting of the website.

This concerns an assignment with mixed pricing.

On the one hand, we ask a fixed price for the following partial assignments:

1. maintenance and hosting of the website for four years;

2. a valuation tool for companies that want to leave their business. Timing: this should be up and running by the Business Transfer Week third week of November 2020. The tool should be developed, tested and delivered by 10.11.2020;

3. a new database “Risk capital”. Timing: fall 2020;

4. a financing guide that guides entrepreneurs looking for financing through targeted questions in finding the right products in the subsidy database and the risk capital database. Timing: fall 2020 or early 2021.

We want a separate price quotation (result obligation) and a detailed action plan for each of these partial orders.

On the other hand, we ask for a price list (hourly rate per profile) against which we can have additional functional adjustments / developments made to the website over the next four years.

The contractor will become a VLAIO partner for the VLAIO website for the next four years.
