2021-013: This contract concerns the carrying out of maintenance and repair works (including cleaning) and lifts disruptions spread over several buildings belonging to the Heritage of De Volkswoningen. This contract includes the following services:

1. the conclusion of a limited comprehensive maintenance contract for the performance of:

a. legal maintenance in accordance with the KB 9 March 2003, Chapter V Article 6;

b. technical maintenance and repair works and disruptions to lift installations belonging to the heritage of De Volkswoningen;

c. minimum number of maintenance interventions per lift installation on an annual basis: 4;

2. Remedy comments on the periodic inspection reports;

3. Carrying out an annual, very thorough cleaning of the lift installations, including the building parts: the entire shaft and the lift machine room.
