The subject of the order is the agency sale of train tickets in sales services available on the website and mobile application under the Unified Commercial Terms (UWH).

PKP Intercity, as a carrier operating long-distance passenger services by rail, introduces a new model of cooperation in agency ticket sales. The collaboration is addressed to all partners who have a mobile application or web service for ticket sales. Those interested in cooperation should meet the criteria in the application form (form available at: http://www.intercity.pl/uwh). Positive verification will be followed by the signing of the contract and integration of the agent's sales system into the PKP Intercity sales system is necessary to start cooperation. The carrier provides a dedicated online interface for this purpose. The integration stage is completed by receiving tests.

In the first stage of cooperation, one-off tickets for direct trains run by PKP Intercity in Poland will be made available in the Agenta sales system. It is possible to extend the sale to other domestic offers (after confirmation by the parties).

As part of the commission fee for the sale of PKP Intercity tickets, the Agent is to provide refund and exchange functions, invoices and complaint handling.
