This contract is part of the call for projects "Energy renovation of sports infrastructure" concerning the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).

The purpose of this contract is the overall study of architecture, stability, special techniques, development of the surroundings, the coordination of the project and its realization as well as the supervision of the works.

This market is divided into tranches:

* Firm slice: Market tranche 1 - Technical file

The technical file must be submitted via the Local Authorities Office by 30 June 2023 at the latest.

* Conditional tranche: Contract tranche 2 - Award file

The award file must be sent to the Administration by 31 March 2024 at the latest.

* Conditional tranche: Market tranche 3 – Liquidation file, site monitoring and provisional acceptance

The completion of the works and provisional acceptance must take place before 30 September 2025 at the latest.

The liquidation file must be sent to the Administration by 31 March 2026 at the latest.

* Conditional tranche: Market tranche 4 - Control of energy consumption

A monitoring of energy consumption or a report proving that the recommendations of the energy audit have been followed must be provided to the Administration by 30 June 2026 at the latest.
