this consultation concerns the replacement and maintenance of the copier fleet of the Agglomeration Community (Cav) and the Municipality of Vesoul.This open call for tenders is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 ° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Order Code publique.il is a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum with maximum pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It sets the conditions for the performance of the services and is executed as and when purchase orders are issued.
