East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust (the Lead Organisation) working in partnership with other local authorities in Kent/Surrey/Sussex, and on their behalf, wish to appoint suitably experienced and qualified contractor(s) to provide Building Works and Maintenance Services to properties located throughout Kent/Surrey/Sussex, under a measured term contract.

The works will comprise all building works and include (but not be limited to) new builds, refurbishments, regenerations, conversions and maintenance services as well as mechanical & electrical installations including nurse call, medical gases, fire alarm, voice and data cabling and building management systems installations. All works will be measured and valued at rates contained in a pre priced schedule of rates.

The primary location of works will be centred on East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trusts' hospital sites; Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital, Margate, William Harvey Hospital, Ashford, Kent & Canterbury Hospital, Canterbury, Royal Victoria Hospital, Folkestone and Buckland Hospital, Dover. With other works and maintenance services being provided potentially to other properties throughout Kent/Surrey/Sussex.
