The object of the assignment is to provide assistance in the preparation of EIA documents and other environmental and nature-related advice.

The services include:

- Providing assistance in connection with EIA regulations, appropriate assessment and other environmental and nature-related advice. This includes advising on the EIA obligation, advising and drawing up the EIA screening or the EIA exemption, the appropriate assessment, the stricter nature test,... (non-exhaustive list).

The current assignment covers the first calendar year (2022-2023). The contract may be extended by three times one calendar year in accordance with the conditions set out in these specifications.
