Entrustment of the recovery service, excluding the transport, to an economic operator with an authorized facility, of waste classifiable with C.E.R. 20 03 07 Bulky waste. This is non-hazardous municipal solid waste which, due to its "size" size, cannot be placed in the containers supplied to users as part of the separate collection of household waste that takes place in the 19 consortium municipalities and which is therefore deposited by domestic and non-domestic users in specific bins in municipal or consortium waste collection centers, or in the context of collection with itinerant roll-offs or on the user's call and which, due to their construction characteristics and/or heterogeneity and inhomogeneity of the materials of which they are made (coupling of products and materials of different nature and origin), cannot be directly placed in a "differentiated" way by type of waste in the roll-off bins for individual materials. Such waste, collected and transported by trucks and / or articulated vehicles equipped with demountable bins by the contractor of the general waste collection service, on behalf of the Contracting Station, must be delivered in a single fixed plant authorized pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/2006 and subsequent amendments, for recovery operations (Annex C - part four of Legislative Decree no. 152/2006, or in the case of an economic operator based in another country of the E.U., with equivalent authorization in force (art.49, Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments), payable to the bidder himself, for the waste referred to in C.E.R. 20 03 07 Bulky waste, for an annual authorized plant capacity storable and movable suitable for treating the entire presumed amount of waste collected in relation to this contract. Three-year contract period presumably from 01.06.2023 to 31.05.2026. The total quantity in tonnes for the contract in question is estimated at 7,354 tonnes with an average of 204,278 tons/month (2,451,333 tons/year) x 36 months, with an overall fluctuation of +/- 20% tons. under the same economic conditions and contractual agreements. The unit price based on the tender is equal to 220.00 (two hundred and twenty/00) Euro/ton, (unit security charges for interference risks equal to zero/00 Euro/ton), plus VAT, for a presumed total amount equal to: 1,617,880.00 Euros (total interference risk security charges equal to zero/00 Euro), plus VAT.
