A performance requirement will be required in terms of quality of use. Need floor area amounting to approximately 3,800 square meters. Finally, in terms of planning, if phasing is necessary, the designer will have to plan a delivery in the first place, and at the latest by the end of 2025, of the executive pole, the Municipal Police and the Urban Supervision Center, and the Life Department of Quartier.La estimated value at the feasibility stage is set at 7.2 M euros Ht of works (excluding optional tranche) in value M0 August 2023
