The county governor in Nordland would like, on behalf of the joint county governors, to enter into a contract for an available portal based/internet based recruitment system that supports publication, CV-base and candidate processing etc.

The joint county governors currently consists of 18 offices, these are of different sizes as regards the number of employees, but the offices have a total of approx. 2 500 employees.

The interest for this procurement is large, and it is expected that most of the 18 offices will join the contract.

The county governor in Nordland is the contract party and will be the first office that joins the contract. The other offices have an option to join the contract on the same terms at any time during the contract period.

The county governor in Nordland shall carry out the administrative work in this competition, i.e. the annoucement, receipt and evaluation of tenders.

Each county office shall sign its own contract.
