The form of delegation chosen by the Community is that of the concession. The Delegate has the exclusive right to operate the service within the scope of the PSD, known as the perimeter of the concession.

The purpose of this consultation, launched by Grandsoissons Agglomération, is to award a public service delegation contract (DSP), in the form of a concession, relating to the transport and distribution of drinking water to subscribers, on the perimeter of the Municipality of Juvigny (02880). The Community Council decided on the principle of this delegation by a deliberation dated April 13, 2023. The drinking water service has the following characteristics (RAD 2021 data):

- Volumes purchased: 15,564 m3 on average since 2015, excluding 2020 and 2021 (due to leakage).

- Network efficiency: 93.08% on average since 2016, excluding 2020 and 2021 (due to leakage)
