FL 24 - Flooring work

The flooring work includes the laying of floors with linoleum or PVC and parquet of houses 1, 2 and 4 including the corresponding general substrate preparations and repairs as well as the laying of wooden baseboards. In some areas, the old linoleum covering must be removed.

In advance, 2 sample rooms (classrooms), one each in house 1 and house 2, are to be created.

4,500 m2 of flooring in Lino or PVC

160 m2 parquet flooring (prefabricated parquet)

Install 2000 m of wooden skirting boards

200 m2 dismantling of existing linoleum incl. sanding of adhesive residues
