The contracting authority wishes to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Fresh Meat and Poultry supplies. The framework focuses upon the said supplies across a framework with up to a maximum of three operators. The framework agreement is being established to meet the need for said services of organisations across the entire public sector. The framework is let on behalf of Newton Westpark Primary School but will also be open for use by all other public sector authorities throughout the UK (and any future successors to these organisations). These include but are not limited to central government departments and agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS Bodies, Local Authorities, Police Authorities, Emergency Services, Educational Establishments, Hospices, National Parks and Registered Social Landlords. This framework agreement will meet the Fresh Meat and Poultry needs across the entire public sector covering a broad range of items. The Contracting Authority will seek to select 3 suppliers for business let under this framework.
