This assignment acts in the context of a framework agreement, whereby the partial assignments are always executed on call via an order form.
The agreement shall be concluded for a period of 24 months from the date communicated in the letter notice conclusion.
After that, the agreement can be renewed twice for a period of 1 year each.
The estimate of the quantities is for the maximum duration of 4 years.
The estimate does not constitute a commitment to the amount to be taken.
