This consultation concerns the award of a mixed contract for the provision of a SIP trunk platform for the entire CDC Habitat Group on behalf of the contracting authority identified in Article 1.1 of the Deed of Commitment. This contract includes: - Porting and provision of numbers - Support for voice traffic for all corresponding communications

The present contract is mixed since it takes, in part, the form of a framework agreement within the meaning of Article L2125-1 1 ° of the Public Order Code. In addition to the flat-rate services due under the contract, other services will be ordered by means of purchase orders. The flat-rate services relate to:- The implementation of the solution and migration of SIP services remunerated on the basis of a global and fixed price starting as soon as this contract takes effect and including the support service (and hotline), operational management and implementation of Telecom Links, Access to SIP servers and Portability of SDAs of the current "initial" perimeter- The services of execution of the service remunerated on the basis of a fixed price at the end of the implementation of the solution: respectively: Telecom links, Access to SIP servers integrating unlimited communications to fixed and mobile in France and European Union and DOM", the operation of the SDAs of the initial perimeter and the operation of services". Services that would prove complementary in the Run phase, such as the addition of services will be carried out as and when the needs arise and will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders. This purchase order part corresponding to the framework agreement, is concluded, for its overall duration of execution (i.e. including renewals), without minimum but with a maximum value of 35,000 euro (s) HT.
