Public tender for the procurement of workstation devices (clients) on demand via a framework contract
KDO is a municipal data center service provider that requires the requested devices for internal use but also for the end customer project business. Internally, the end devices are used in the same way as external, with small exceptions. All devices are installed with Matrix42 Empirum software and receive software and updates via Empirum software distribution. The external devices that remain the property of KDO and are made available to end customers for rent access to the operating system environment in the KDO data center via RDP or vDesktop. All devices are inventoried and automatically compared in Matrix 42's IT asset management. Based on collected hardware data, Empirum transfers product details and uses to IT asset management and automatically maintains this data. It is therefore imperative that each device passes its unique serial numbers in a technically faultless manner. All components offered must support this technical procedure:
- Windows operating system support
- Access usage RDP
- Access usage vDesktop
- Clear technical data in the system board
- Compatibility with Empirum software (Matrix 42)
