FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR A STATUTORY AUDITOR FOR SCIENSANO AND AN AUDITOR IN THE FRAMEWORK OF SCIENSANO'S EUROPEAN PROJECTS

Appointment of a statutory auditor for a period of three (3) consecutive accounting years in order to comply with the legal provisions relating to the audit of balance sheets and profit and loss accounts.

The mission includes the closing of Sciensano's financial year for the financial years 2023 - 2024 - 2025

Appointment of an audit office responsible for controlling European projects within Sciensano. The auditor will form and express an expert and sincere opinion on the basis of targeted and meticulous audit work of EU projects and in accordance with applicable European legislation.
