This contract concerns the management service of the Airport First Aid (P.S.A.) with ambulance for rescue and transport type "A" at Verona Villafranca airport, in the manner better described in the Special Tender Specifications.

The objective of the service in question is to ensure medical assistance with H24 and 7/7 supervision and to guarantee at least the following services:

• non-urgent outpatient medical services to passengers and all airport operators;

• immediate intervention in the event of an airport emergency, pending the arrival of SUEM 118 medical assistance, as part of the activities better described in the Airport Emergency Plan (PEA);

• immediate intervention in case of illness on board the aircraft, pending the arrival of SUEM 118 medical assistance;

• first intervention in case of suspected infectious disease.
