The CNC is looking for a Solution that will allow it, in a secure manner, to entrust the Holder:- the storage of a collection of works;- the dematerialized transmission of the DCPs of these works to cinemas with a view to their projection (known as the "Sending" functionality in this CCTP). In order to be transmitted electronically to the cinemas, the Licensee's Solution must interface with the application known as the "Programming Solution" developed in the context of another CNC contract. This "Programming Solution" aims to organize the programming of cinema screenings for various audiences. In this way, it connects applicants, cinemas and distributors in order to define the films to be screened and to organise the screenings. In this context, it is expected that, on the basis of the information from the "Programming Solution", the holder of Lot 1 of the contract will transmit the DCPs to the cinemas. The PD transmitted by the Account Holder via its Solution will be decrypted, if necessary, by the cinemas thanks to the KDMs transmitted by the Programming Solution. It is specified that the distributors provide the PD to the licensee, so the licensee does not have to create them or manufacture the associated KDMs. For your information, the number of screenings programmed annually is estimated at 9,800 screenings per year (7 films on average programmed by partner cinemas, 1,400 partner cinemas

This "Programming Solution" is delivered in April 2024 and aims to organize the programming of cinema screenings for various audiences. In this context, the videos stored by the Licensee must be accessible from the Programming Solution. The Data Controller is expected to manage: - the storage of the videos;- the player used for the online playback of the videos;- sending video files at the request of the CNC;- sending an ephemeral link for online playback to a third party;- useful updates and maintenance;- bandwidth. For information purposes, the number of works viewed annually is estimated at 7,794 for the film selection committees and 3,306 for the others, i.e. an annual total of approximately 11,100 views
