Electricity supply for 13 universities of applied sciences and art colleges
Electricity supply Lot 1The subject of the tender is the supply of electrical energy for the University of Health, the Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences and the Academy of Media Arts Cologne for the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025. There is an option for a one-time extension of the contract period by one year. A request is made for a supply with integrated processing of network use.
The tender includes a total of 7 delivery points with registering power measurement (RLM) and 9 delivery points with standard load profile (SLP). The projected total electricity demand for the tendered delivery years amounts to approx. 5.9 GWh per year. Detailed information on the individual delivery points as well as the load profiles of the performance-measured delivery points can be found in the attached appendices.
The contractual energy prices for the delivery years 2024 and 2025 are fixed on the basis of the trading prices for the trading products Baseload and Peakload for the respective delivery year, which the contractor achieves on the first trading day after the contract has been awarded in OTC or stock exchange trading. After the covering, the contractor shall provide the client with proof of the trading prices achieved (e.g. a screen shot from a trading system).
Electricity supply Lot 2The subject of the tender is the supply of electrical energy for the Folkwang University of the Arts, the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences and the
Robert Schumann Hochschule Düsseldorf for the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025. There is an option for a one-time extension of the contract period by one year.
The tender comprises a total of 11 delivery points with registered power measurement (RLM) and 34 delivery points with standard load profile (SLP). The projected total electricity demand for the tendered delivery years amounts to approx. 10.9 GWh per year. Detailed information on the individual delivery points as well as the load profiles of the performance-measured delivery points can be found in the attached appendices.
The contractual energy prices for the delivery years 2024 and 2025 will be fixed in five structurally identical, horizontal tranches. The relevant trading days on which the tranches are covered are determined by the principals or a service provider commissioned by them. Possible trading days are the trading days of EEX, Leipzig. Excluded are public holidays at the registered office of the contractor. Orders for the procurement of a tranche will be sent to the contractor by 1 p.m. on the trading day in question at the latest.

There is an option for a one-time extension of the contract period by one year.
The tender includes a total of 15 delivery points with registered power measurement (RLM) and 2 delivery points with standard load profile (SLP). The predicted total electricity demand for the tendered delivery years amounts to approx. 8.8 GWh per year. Detailed information on the individual delivery points as well as the load profiles of the performance-measured delivery points can be found in the attached appendices.

The tender comprises a total of 14 delivery points with registered power measurement (RLM) and 22 delivery points with standard load profile (SLP). The predicted total electricity demand for the tendered delivery years amounts to approx. 16.2 GWh per year. Detailed information on the individual delivery points as well as the load profiles of the performance-measured delivery points can be found in the attached appendices.
